Rooted in Curiosity. Driven by Results.
Loomis Marketing was founded in 2012
on the idea that marketing should be more closely aligned to business goals and outcomes.
Customers all have “jobs to be done” and they utilize your products and services – whatever they are – as a tool to get those jobs done.
We’re a small marketing consultancy surrounded by some of the most extraordinary people and firms that form what I call a “constellation of collaborators.” Over the years, I’ve developed trusted relationships with providers in almost every area of marketing and sales execution, including graphic design, website development, CRM systems, content creation and lead generation.
My personal career journey has taken me from one of the world’s largest ad agencies to the halls of corporate America. For many of the world’s foremost brands, I’ve led efforts in branding, innovation, and digital transformation. I’ve personally conducted more than 10,000 customer interviews. Along the way, I developed a philosophy grounded in empathy, integrity, curiosity, optimism, and results. If those principles resonate with you, we should talk! More details below…
We’ve had the honor to help an amazing list of organizations over the years.

Previously, Dave served as Chief Marketing Officer of Dix & Eaton, one of the country’s largest independently owned public relations firms. There, he helped clients craft their brands and helped individuals proactively manage their public reputations, especially in the digital world.
For 15 years, he worked at the holding company office of NACCO Industries, a $3 billion public diversified public company. During that time, he also taught branding and consumer behavior at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
Dave sees a strong link between servant leadership, empathy, and culture, believing that leaders and companies who are able to shift their perspective to focus on truly helping stakeholders succeed will excel themselves as a direct result.
